The third Honor Frost Foundation conference, Under the Mediterranean III, will take place from 21 to 26 September 2026 in Palermo and Marsala, Sicily. Building on Honor Frost’s legacy, the conference unites researchers worldwide in a shared pursuit of knowledge and discovery shaped by the Mediterranean.

The Organising Committee of Under the Mediterranean III invites all scholars working on subjects related to Underwater Archaeology to participate in the conference. The call for paper and poster proposals is now open, with a deadline for abstract submission of 14 March 2026.
